I must have put my motivation down somewhere

Friday, November 02, 2012

And now I can't find it. I've looked behind the settee. I've checked through the laundry. I've searched in the bathroom. Hunted in the sitting room. Sought for it in the dining room. Explored in the garden. I even peeked in the fridge - shut the door quickly though, the cheese dish was looking at me in a very tempting way. Could I find it? Nope. It's definitely gone missing. Maybe I left it under the bed? Or have one of you lot *half inched it?

* English to American translation - half inched - pinched

Bright blessings.

It must be with the mojo that chicchantal lost recently!

Seriously it's very hard at the moment, perhaps the gloomy weather and dark days have something to do with it. It's a lovely morning here in London, and suddenly I feel better again, I hope it will work on you too. I only know that food/drink wise, I've had an appalling week so belive me you're not alone.

Strive for progress, not perfection. We all have times we may be progressing more slowly than we'd like, but you're here, so you are progressing! And that's what's important! And I can promise you I did not steal your motivation. Unless you're talking about motivation to make poor food choices and skip exercising... I think I might have stolen ALL of that! emoticon emoticon emoticon
