100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Thirty-nine

Not such a good day. I overslept for my class because I didn't sleep well the night before. I was weakened by a lot of joint pain from my colitis. Didn't get a lot accomplished, aside from some housework.
Food - I met my goal easily. I had a cup of Chobani pineapple yogurt for breakfast, some chicken and noodles for lunch, and for supper my daughter and I made paninni and soup. That was awesome. We made the paninni from good bread, turkey, Hoffman's extra sharp cheddar cheese, spinach and thin slices of apple. Simply delicious! The soup was wonderful. We made if from broccoli, spinach, onion, cheese, chicken stock, carrots, skim milk, butter and flour. For snacks, I had a fun size Almond Joy and a biscotti. That biscotti was awesome too.
No exercise. (When will I ever get this going??) The joint pain absolutely would not allow it.
Well, short one today folks, still no wifi at home. Maybe I can get that going next week. Take care and have a FABULOUS weekend!
