Today's Nugget of dieter's wisdom

Something I read earlier: When over-eaters binge they often get a serotonin high. I don't know this is factually true, but it makes some sort of sense to me, so...

When I/you keep going to your well stocked fridge to find something I/you fancy to eat but there isn't anything, you are probably craving the serotonin high that many over-eaters get from food, rather than actual food. So go and do something else which makes you feel good.

(Exercise does it for some people - runner's high, anyone?)
