Getting back into the groove

Had a tough time at the beginning of the week. Woke up Monday morning extremely sick, every muscle in my body ached. Motivation has been slow to return, but today I was able to get a full hour of pilates and cardio in. Feeling much better and more energized. Oh joy, just in time to return to work on Saturday. Slipping on my calorie goal, but making better food choices. Except for the piece of chocolate cake (husband's birthday). I forgive myself & will start tomorrow with a positive attitude, loving myself, and proud I have made it this far.
