It isnt as devastating as I would have thought, If I can stay away from the rest of the candy that is.
So Im 2 1/2 weeks into my new weight loss journey. I lost 6lbs the first week. I had almost lost another 1lb then my daughters girl scout cookies came in and ya that was horrible. I ate 2 boxes in basically 1 day. I have tried to maintain gym and home exercise though. So i have been staying pretty steady at 192lbs which is a 4lb loss.
I ate a ton of candy last night. And I am going to have to try so hard to resist more today. For some reason when I have bad things in the house I feel the need to eat until it is completely gone.
I really need to focus the rest of this week on better eating. Mainly just eating real food and actually get some veggies in. I havent gotten to the gym as much as I wanted but I did exercise at home. Our hectic schedule just doesnt allow for it. Child care is only from 8-1pm and 4:30pm - 8pm. My daughter has school from 12:25p - 3:25pm. So if I want to go I have to have everyone up and out the door by 9:30a to make it work. And sometimes I just dont feel like doing that.
So goals for this week
1. Eat some REAL food
2. Keep up with exercise!
