Thanks for the encouragement.
I had a quick tour of the facility.
lol looks hard...but doable.
Its kinda like circuit training. Only u have no idea what u are doing til u get to class.
Everyday is different.
But before I can even start I need to complete a 6 class course of intro to everything (exercises and equipment)
Then I can join.....
Good thing is.... not committed to membership ;)
They have a prepaid punch card option of 10 classes. 3 months expiration
And for a little more its unlimited for the month.
The class reminds me of p90x. Changing stations, ur choice in reps weight etc.
I spoke to my hubby, he is supportive.
I just need to email the owner. I think their intro class just started.
My only issue...is my real estate project.
I only have a small window in the morning. Daycare restrictions.
Not sure if I'm tackling it. If I am $$$ tight.
But I'm glad I found this class for future use.
But talking to my friend locally everyone found it hard lol
They have Kickboxing there for $10/10 class punch card
Time and $$$ is only issue.
Also the existing YMCA membership. I'm going to see what classes they have now.
I'm just not good at going. Distance, time and gas price.
But my son swims there...loves it ;) started class. So I would love to keep membership for the family.
Lots to think about.
This crossfit is next to my running park. Close and on route to home and school.
Well....I have to put off decision til I figure out my new project.
Tomorrow makes or breaks it. Got general contractor to estimate the damage.
It's a monster of a project...question is do I want to take it on;)
One decision at a time ;)
