Exercise

I know that these 2 workouts are 2 very different forms of exercise but as I've done Zumba alot I wanted to try out my 30 Day Shred DVD's that I've had for months. My personal preference after exercising this morning (Yes I won that battle) is that I prefer the Zumba type exercise. I like to dance and feel the music rather than do "static" exercises like lunges, squats and jumping jacks for 20 minutes. Don't get me wrong Jillian had me huffing and puffing and I had to take more than 1 breath break but it's not an exercise DVD that I would wake up and love to do like Zumba or another type of DVD.
I was very happy with myself this morning for dragging myself out of bed at 5:45 to exercise and measure. I haven't done either in a pretty good while. I won the battle and didn't regret it (as I knew I wouldn't) but boy do hate getting out of the bed in the morning!! I sometimes think about all of you my dear spark friends and what you all are doing for your health and realize that I have to work for this. It's obviously not going to be handed to me so I have to make conscious decisions to make my health and my journey better. Thank you for the encouragement that you give me each and everyday!!
