Surprised!

Today is 1 year, 1 month, 1 day from my first Blog entry. I was very surprised when I spun the log-in wheel and it stopped on 25 points. I don't think that has ever happened. THEN I spun the Bonus wheel and it also landed on 25 points! wonder if I will do better than I've ever done on my exercise and food tracking today? There have been gaps in my logging in and recording what I've done,,,,sometimes I haven't been able to get to a computer and some days there didn't seem to be time.....but reaching Level 12, the half-way point, has encouraged me. Maybe I will be able to be more consistent......That is a worth-while goal!

I miss the odd day here and there too. I try to make it my priority. I am retired and should have lots of time but it does have a habit of zipping by. Don't let it stress you out. Do what you can - the points are not as important as having the proper nutrition and exercising.
