10K steps isn't as easy as it seems

I've had to really make a concerted effort to get to my goal of 10k steps each day. Thats a good thing, though...right??

I walked 3+ miles down my country road today, checking out the scenery and enjoying the sunshine. It felt really good the first 60% or so, then I started really feeling tired, but got my second wind as I rounded the last curve in the road.

I need to do this more.

    It takes time each day and week you will get stronger. Just be patient with yourself and don't put so, much pressure on yourself. emoticon
