SparkCoach Action Plan - Oct 30th, 2012

I started this late today but I'm still getting it in. Today, I was asked to come up with a few steps that I can take if I do mess up (to support the 1 step back, 2 steps forward way of thinking). So here are some things I can try to get back on track:
1. Drink 8 cups of water a day
2. Do 10 minutes cardio (even just Wii bowling)
3. Eat 2 freggies a day
4. Go for a walk
5. Look at my Vision Collage for motivation every day.
