Back on Track

I started really focusing on what I am eating. It does get a little annoying tracking every little thing. But I know when I don't, I eat when I am bored or sitting at the computer. I also started walking again. I also have been looking at SP videos and found a few that I can do while sitting at my desk. Instead of using weights I used full water bottles since that is what I have laying around. I cannot wait to try other videos.
