I did this last year every morning at sunrise. I pulled myself out of bed and walked my Yorkie as the sun came up, and didn't let myself go home until I had listed 5 thinks I was thankful for. Pulled myself right up out of depression. I still do that, but I'm waking up a little later since taking the Sleep Challenge.
I think we are much more able to deal with life's stresses, and losing weight, and . . . everything when we let our Source know that we realize how obliged we are. 2804 days ago
