I had to do an all-nighter last night to finish a Statistic project. It seems like I eat to compensate for sleep. Does anyone else do that? Is there an explanatio for that or am I just using it as an excuse to endulge. I always eat more when I am tired especially high fat/high sugar. I stopped one day about three doughnuts while under stress. I hardly ever eat doughnuts like that. I wonder if the brain is craving food. Just something to think about.
