The Structure of my Week

Boy, although I work a flex schedule of 4, 10-hr days thus allowing a 3-day weekend, those 3 days fly by as fast as a 2 day weekend! We shared the weekend with our grandchildren which is just awesome. But something really stood out for me this weekend...it is the fact that the laid back attitude of the weekend makes an impact on my diet. I am not at the computer much so I am not tracking my food like I do during the week. During the week I am so structured and organized that it is easy for me to plan ahead with my food and workouts. I now know the problem; I will now find the "solution"...
