a picture is worth a thousand words

Went to a wonderful event in NYC this weekend. A group of 66 women from all over the USA met for a luncheon and show in NYC.................... all called silver sisters since all of us have opted to go natural and let out silver locks shine rather than dye our hair. It was so much fun. I am usually the only gray haired person when I go somewhere.....................
.... this time I was one who had the darker hair ( mine is salt and pepper) since so many of them have beautiful white white hair. Im NOT talking old ladies........ these are beautiful and stylish ladies . A fun event...................... NOW THE BIG AWAKENING.
Lots of pictures taken ........... and seeing myself was eye opening. Im kind of chunky compared to many others................... it was an eye opener. I dont want to be a pencil but I have let myself get flabby. I can and will do better. A picture really is worth a thousand words.
