Weight loss journey so far

So I am going to recap the last couple months on here.
I was doing the 28 day bootcamp for a while. I think 3 times. I didn't lose any weight, but I also didn't track my food very well.
I started doing Tracy Anderson omnicentric (Metamorphosis) and started to lose weight when I started tracking my food. I think the challenging moves have boosted my metabolism which has been why I've lost weight...maybe..
I'm starting to gain a little back. I haven't been tracking my food as well and I've been tempted by foods (not to mention my sugars have been wacky lately)
I feel like if I start tracking my food more diligently I will start to see results. So that is what I will do
