Well, I was going to do this after going to bed, but I'm up now and I remember that I'm going to be at the doctors for blood work tomorrow morning so I should just do it here I am. LOL. I don't feel like I did well today. I didn't go to work (I have my reasons) and after getting home from TIFFY85's place I was craving salt like mad so I ate an ENTIRE 234g bag of Ruffled Regular Chips. Needless to say I was WAY over in calories, fat and sodium for the day. *sigh* It happens though. I did get in my exercise today by going for a 25 minute walk with TIFFY85 and then she let me do a Sparkpeople Cardio video for 9 1/2 minutes at her place. So it was okay in that department. Here's the list though:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did 35 minutes = 1.17
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - I got in 4 ish cups = 0.5
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to work - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did not do = 0
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did not do = 0
4. Eat 5 freggies - I ate 2 = 0.4
5. Do some Sparking -did = 1

6.07/5 = 121.4% So, not the worst I could have done I guess now that I look at it. Just not the healthiest day every. I will do awesome today. I'm sure of it. Here is today's list:

2. Track food -

4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to work -
