    Good for you! I have gained 4 pounds since last Wednesday because my parents have been here. Not a happy camper today.

    So I guess I need to get back on track and sit down with my parents and lay out the ground rule son eating in this houes. Just got off the phone with mom and told her they can change the way they eat, or she can cook for her and dad, but that I cannot expect to cook for them every day as I will want to eat the way they do.

    So I am back on my salads with protein and off the rice, potato salad and cole slaw they love so much! And the ribs, burgers, steaks, etc.

    Now I have so much farther to go before weigh-in!

    Hi! I'm 52 years old and on Day 3 as well! I just got home from the hospital with a couple of pulmonary embolisms, sooooo, I can't exercise right now--I'm just supposed to take it easy! I also have oesteoarthritis in my knees. Had a scope done on one of them earlier this year, and they are doing great!
