Well I haven't exactly been posting faithfully like I had hoped I would. And I haven't lost as much as I wanted to - however there are some good things to report. I want to put them in this blog for my own reference as well.
So I am currently at 241 lbs. (not counting the lb of water weight I have this week for girl reasons)
That is aprox.:
36 lbs down from my heaviest weight - ever.
25 lbs down from my heaviest weight recently. (logged January 1st, 2012, at 266 lbs)
8 lbs down from when I started sparkpeople again about a month ago
Changes that I HAVE noticed:
I really do see a difference in how I look and feel, despite various health problems I still have.
My clothes fit like I've lost way more than 8 lbs since the end of September!
My small amount of progress makes me want to try harder, and see more results at the end of next month!
I can't really complain about the slow progress of this month, seeing as I have had about 3 bad days(terrible eating) and a semi-bad day following each said day.
There was about a whole week that I was feeling down and rather negative.
I truly hope that November will be a bit better in terms of mood and eating. I'll be going through the challenge of resisting all the Halloween candy "floating" around after the 31st, and resist the temptations of thanksgiving yummies... Stick to the veggies and low-sugar items!
I'll try to take my measurements tomorrow, and see if I have any progress in that area for the month. Hopefully I'll have good news!
