Yesterday I did a workout on the treadmill and then 30 mins of yoga. I felt really good afterwards! Then last night I worked 3 hours out at my daughters football game. this morning my back is killing me. I have taken motrin and I have a hot pack on my back.
I usually do an hour of yoga on Saturday mornings and I am debating do I agitate my back more or will it actually feel better. I wish I knew the answer. Right now I am leaning towards just taking a walk with my dog and then a pedicure so I can sit in those massage chairs...Any words of wisdom from my fellow sparkers would be appreciated!

    Maybe just do some light stretching that won't agitate your back, but take a break from everything else today. Let your body rest!
