I fell like I had an awesome day yesterday. I did 30 minutes of cardio and my strength training for one thing. I haven't done them yet on the same day and it was hard, but I did it. I got really sick afterwards (dizzy, nauseous) and realized that I hadn't eaten enough by that point to do that much exercise. So, I ate some crackers to feel better and it worked within an hour or so. I ended my day on a high note by eating what I wanted (Wendy's) but it fit into my daily calories as well. emoticon Here's the list for yesterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did & 30 min strength = 2
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got in 9 cups = 1.125
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do dishes - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat 5 freggies - I ate 7 = 1.4
5. Do some Sparking - did = 1
