Today I read this article about the Waist to Hip ratio.

And I learned that I am an avocado! My WTH (HA! That can mean more than Waist To Hip Ratio) is .85 so I am just a hair away from being an apple (over .85). The good news? I used to be an apple with a .88 ratio. And the 30 minutes of recumbent bike riding I did is helping to burn the fat I need to lose to get to a healthy shape and weight.

And this surprised me regarding ST: Research shows that women can add up to 30% lean muscle and end up looking thinner, feeling stronger and being firmer.

Sounds good to me!

P.S. Divide your waist measurement (narrowest spot) by the hip measurement (widest spot) to get your ratio. Under .80 is the goal for ladies, .95 for men.
