So, I had an interesting day today. First of all, I didn't sleep last night. I don't know why. I couldn't sleep (after lying there for 1 1/2 hours) and Mervin started to snore at that point. My brother was sleeping on my couch so I had nowhere else to go. So, I decided to just sit up and watch Stargate SG1 until I was too tired to do anything else. That point didn't come until I had to get up soon to go to my Dads. So, I just took my medication, waited an hour and ate breakfast. I then went to Dads (after dropping Mervin off at his work) and slept for 2 1/2 hours.

Then I had a dentists appointment so I woke myself up to go to that (having not eaten since like 5:30am) at 1:00pm. I was out of there by 10 minutes to 2pm and was able to eat by 2:20. I had a snack of animal crackers and a fruit cup. Then I slept again for 1 1/2 hours waiting for my dad to come home so that we could eat supper together. I didn't have my scale to weigh anything but I did go by the "deck of card" method for a piece of meat and I'm pretty good at eyeballing cups of food now for the veggies. :) I tracked it all and ate very well today. I didn't go full out on my exercising today because I'm exhausted but I did do 30 minutes of Wii sports with Mervin to get in something. Here's today's list:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did = 1
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - drank 9 cups = 1.125
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to dentist - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat 5 freggies - got in 7 = 1.4
5. Go to dads - did = 1

10.525/5 = 210.5% emoticon emoticon emoticon I knew I could do it. I had an awesome day. So what if my exercise wasn't as hard as it could have been. I burned more yesterday than was planned so that makes up for the little less I did today. I'm proud of me. Here's my list for today:
