Ok, so I had some up and down moments to yesterday. I slept most of the day (until noon and then back to sleep from 4 - 7) because I felt so ill. I called in sick to work as I mentioned in my last blog. However, after I woke up and ate some food again, I felt well enough to try to do some exercise. So, I went swimming with Kendra and Liam. I did mostly strength training stuff in the water. It felt great. Anyway, here's the list:

Must Do:

1. Do at 30 min strength training - did as I'm counting swimming as strength training as there's always resistance involved (aka the water) = 1
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got in 5 cups = 0.625
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do Sparking - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat at least 5 freggies - got 4 in = 0.8
5. Do dishes - did not do = 0

8.425/5 = 168.5% So, another good day. YAY! I know I'm not doing perfect but since no one is perfect, I'm okay with that. I think I'm going to have another good day today as well. Here's the list:

2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to dentist -

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -

5. Go to dads -
