Yesterday I achieve all three goals but sabotaged myself with m&m's late in the night.
1) water is 8/8 there
2) freggies 7/5
3) exercise- check!
Today I will conquer the late night snacking or at least replace the candy with something healthier!
I really want to fit back into all of the clothes in my closet
