WE had friends over last night for a workout. We put my ipod on the dock and then had the Nike trainer going. We did Drill sargent which is a 30 min workout. The friends we invited over arent really into fitness but are looking to get fit so we started them off with this which is like a circuit with toe touches using a medi ball, sumo squats, planks, push ups, burpees etc. So it was a good starting point. I had so much fun helping them. I think I definitley will do my personal training course. It was better than sitting down, drinking and eating.
