I feel awful today so I think it's affecting how I'm looking at yesterday. I didn't do too badly I don't think. I made a supper from the Sparkpeople Cookbook and it tasted great, but it hung around for hours (as in I can still taste it now 19 hours later) and it made me very nauseous. I think it was the combination of onions and lemon that were just too much for my stomach. *sigh* Oh well. Live and learn right. Here was yesterday's list:

Must Do:

1. Do at 30 min cardio - did 25 min = 0.83
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got in 5 cups = 0.625
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to weight management class - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - was under because after dinner I felt really ill = 0.5
4. Eat at least 5 freggies - ate 6 = 1.2
5. Do dishes - did not do = 0

8.155/5 = 163.1% So, still a pretty good day. I burned a lot of calories in that 25 minutes I worked out, so I'm not upset by the fact I was under by 5 minutes. The timer on the Wii Game said it was 30 minutes but it was counting the warm up and cool down. Also, I couldn't find online a specific information saying what the kcals were equal to. Some people said they were using that instead of the normal word calories and thus I only burned 136 or as the previous version did, you times the number by 4.2 and find out how much you burned (571). I just put it under Cardio Dance and that made it 352 which I think is more accurate to what I burned anyway. So, here's today's goals:

Must Do:

1. Do at 30 min strength training -
2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Do Sparking -

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -
4. Eat at least 5 freggies -
5. Do dishes -

I will try to have a good day, but I'm already missing work because of feeling so ill from last night's supper. Again, it tasted great but it didn't sit well with my stomach (my own fault as I should have realized that much onion and lemon would not be good for me). I love lemon too, so it was something I hoped I'd like. Oh well. On to a better day. I had a high calorie brunch (as I ate it at 1 something) from wendy's but I'm hoping to be able to stay on track throughout the rest of the day since I know I've already used a lot of calories.
