8. What do you think will be different when you reach your goal weight? If you are in maintenance, what did you think would be different? What actually was different?

I don't think THAT much will be different when I reach my goal weight. Other than the obvious: my clothes will be different, I will have more energy and I will just overall feel better about myself.

Since I have been there before, I know what will NEED to change, and HAS changed, is my mindset. Before when I have lost my weight and reached my goal, I would think "GREAT! Now I can go right back to my same old habits!" WRONG!!! And then a few years later I would be right back in the same boat again.

Therfore THIS time, I'm going to continue my healthy habits so I don't have to play the lose-50-pounds-again game.

I will continue my exercise, with maybe a little bit of reduction in duration, since I won't need to be losing weight. I will continue my healthy eating habits.

I will set some thresholds so I know if I go past that extra 5 pounds or whatever, I need to kick it back in.
