Well, I did much better on the eating front yesterday but didn't get in my full 8 cups water or do my strength training (or any exercise for that matter). So, still not quite getting both in the same day yet when I'm working that night. I'll keep trying to do it though. Here's how I did yesterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 15 min exercise (any kind) - did not do = 0
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got in 6 cups = 0.75
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat at least 5 freggies - got in 4 = 0.8
5. Do dishes - did = 1

8.55/5 = 171% So, not as bad as I thought actually. I need to remember to be a bit easier on myself. I mean, I don't want to be so easy on myself that I slip back into old habits, but remembering that I did do some things right is a good thing. The only thing I actually got 0 on was the exercise. Everything else I at least partly did which is a huge step up for me. emoticon So YAY! Here's today's list:

2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to weight management class -

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -
4. Eat at least 5 freggies -
5. Do dishes -

I'm going to have a fantastic day! I can feel it. I'm making a recipe from The Sparkpeople Cookbook tonight and I think it will be awesome. emoticon
