I was doing so good at keeping up with everything and exercising. But lately I have had no motivation. I think my lack of motivation is from not sleeping at night. I do not know what is keeping me up at night, but getting in 8 hours of sleep has been really hard. I try to get up early in the mornings to work out, but I convince myself to turn my alarm off and go back to sleep. I don't have time to when I get off work with house cleaning and preparing dinner. Plus, I have noticed that when I work out in the evenings, I tend to stay up later.

Monday - I will restart over. I want this new me really bad.

    Usually when I read before bed, I stay up even later because I have to finish the book. I am waiting till monday because it gives me a set goal to start again. I just can't really explain it, but by saying Monday it will force me to get going again.

    Why wait for Monday? Have you tried going to bed earlier or doing more of a wind down activity. Such as a half hour of reading instead of TV. I get up early but I am normally asleep by 10 I normally end my day with a few pages on my book.
