I was doing so good at keeping up with everything and exercising. But lately I have had no motivation. I think my lack of motivation is from not sleeping at night. I do not know what is keeping me up at night, but getting in 8 hours of sleep has been really hard. I try to get up early in the mornings to work out, but I convince myself to turn my alarm off and go back to sleep. I don't have time to when I get off work with house cleaning and preparing dinner. Plus, I have noticed that when I work out in the evenings, I tend to stay up later.
Monday - I will restart over. I want this new me really bad.
