So tonight is weigh-in night...
and each week I stress over it more and more.
I weigh myself on the machine at work for consistency/accuracy.
As the time to step on the scale gets closer I reflect on the previous week and wonder how each decision will affect my number.
Did I burn enough calories on those hikes to bring my weight down ?
Did I build muscle, and will that bring my number up ?
I know I should be focusing on how I feel over all and not just the pounds,
and for the rest of the week I do that, but tonight is weigh in night....
