A night of accomplishments

Last night I managed to get my mother-in-law to try to healthy snacks. I actually do not know how the compare to her low carb and low sodium diet. But I think that they are a lot better than her usual snacks. She usually has ice cream before and after each meal, one for dessert and one for snack. So that is like 12 ice creams per day if she does not eat any extras.
Now to figure out husband and kid. My husband asked if we could have mac & cheese for our side instead of something healthy. My kid it just seems like a miracle just to get him to eat.
