Time to get serious again!

What's going on with me??? I need to find my motivation!! I really need to have a talk with myself!

Sometimes, this sums up how I feel!

Ya, I can get my pants on and zipped up, but doesn't mean they are all that comfy!! Hate when things start to get tight. Although, never got them stuck on me like that darn cat!! LOL!!!

My problem lately is a lot of self negative talk, and that has GOT to end!!!

I think I need to step out of my comfort zone and get a new routine. I was so used to my exercise classes it was like a routine getting up and going. Now I need to find a new routine. Why is it taking so long? Life is passing me by as I ponder and struggle on finding a new routine.

So, I just gotta come home and change into my clothes and get ready to go to the gym!!

And always remember......................

You can do it one day at at a time. Go the gym when you can when you can't work out at home. No excuses! get out and get moving should be our motto.! emoticon emoticon

Since I know you will be working again - soon - maybe what you need to do is stop worrying about a routine and the gym. Get there when you can, but know that there is always time to do 10 pushups or go for a short walk. Don't let yourself make excuses. If you are thinking about exercise - just get some done! You'll get a little boost of "I am successful" everytime you do.

We all battle negative talk, some days its not as loud and others it is screaming. You can push past this and get where you want to go. Lets engage some self determination and get it done! You can do it, we can do it, just gotta keep on pushing!!!

Battling negative self talk is an ongoing issue for me. Trying to stay positive is tough when you are beating yourself up. Hang in there. I love the "Life begins..." quote so much I put it on my page! Thank you. Having a new job and making your life fit around it probably takes awhile. You will find your groove. Take care, be well and good luck with the rest of BLC20. We can do this!!!
