Time to re-group!

I would love to say that I am happy with my progress over the past few weeks, but I am no where near where I hoped to be by the time. My intentions were in all of the right places, but there just seems to be several hurdles that were thrown my way lately. Of course, that is no excuse...it's just with all the traveling I have been doing and then Thanksgiving, even the healthier choices I have been making, have not been enough.
I need to refocus and push myself through this set-back! I am not changing my original goals, as I think they are totally realistic. My problem is I need to learn how to deal with the obstacles. For example, last night I packed my gym bag and was ready to do a body pump class today, only to wake up to my son being super sick and I had to stay home with him all day. Why do these things keep happening to me every time I attempt to make a change??? Well, I am not going to let it get me down... tomorrow is a new day! I think I am going to sign off by cutting up some vegetables to make some homemade soup tomorrow. At least that is a step in the right direction:)
