Jokes and Halloween blog
My coach Kristie live meeting this week was on Halloween how to a plan for it. Well Halloween have three problem First we having a Halloween surprises birthday party for my .sis sister in law. The food is going to a lot and not the greatest for you we having homemade submarine sandwiches and a lot of deserts. The deserts will not be a problem for me the meat will. I am going to limit my potions because I don’t know how else to do this.
The second Halloween problem will by my family annual Halloween party. Too much food and too much wine. This two will also be a night for portion control.
The fourth Halloween problem is the fact that my company have us go trick office to office and since it getting to be a smaller workforce every year we getting more and more candy. I always say the candy ias going home to mom and my nieces and nephew next door. But they getting less and each year have to keep my hands busy with face book on the way home. I don’t know how to handle it any other way.
The fourth Halloween problem is the biggest . How do I handle the Halloween candy after Halloween, The candy THAT MY fellow worker will bring to work. I think I am going to make a game out it I Can’t have candy unless I drink water. I Am hoping this will work.
woman whose husband often came home drunk decided to cure him of the habit. One Halloween night, she put on a devil suit and hid behind a tree to intercept him on the way home.
When her husband came by, she jumped out and stood before him with her red horns, long tail, and pitchfork.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"I'm the Devil!" she responded.
"Well, come on home with me," he said, "I married your sister!"

A few days after Halloween, Sally came home with a bad report card. Her mother asked why her grades were so low.
Sally answered, "Because everything is marked down after holidays!"

q: How do monsters tell their future?
A: They read their horrorscope.

* * * *

Two monsters went to a party. Suddenly one said to the other, “A lady just rolled her eyes at me. What should I do?”
“Be a gentleman and roll them back to her.”

Take your own food to your sisters party. If you are doing a homemade sub, can you reserve some of the toppings and have it as a salad? Or eat before you go so you are not hungry.

At the halloween party I recommend not drinking wine at all. It lowers your inhibitions and encourages overeating. Either eat before going, or bring a healthy dish yourself and stick to that and other healthier choices.

When you go trick or treating at the office can you run down to your car afterwards and put the candy in the TRUNK? Then you can't eat it that day or on the ride home.

I have passed out toys and pencils for the past several years instead of candy. The kids love them, they last til the next year so there's no waste in leftovers, and no leftover candy to snack on!

Drink water and eat before you go so you're not starving and then end up binge eating. Load up on vegetables to fill you up. You'll do great because you have a plan!!!

When you can plan for what you already know, you have a way better chance of success. You sound like you have a good understanding of what will come up, and what you struggle with.

Read our Halloween Halos forum for some tips. They may or might not help. Try to be moderate on Halloween, it sounds too difficult to be absolutely perfect. Maybe plan for one sweet treat and a little extra meat. Thanks for the jokes. They were cute. emoticon
