Giving 'less is more' a try....

Life continues to be a big, busy blur and will stay that way for at least a few more weeks. I've done a pretty good job of staying reasonably healthy over the past few crazy months, but have found it hard to exercise as consistently as I would like...

So, I've decided to change up my routine a bit....rather than aiming for a few long-ish cardio sessions and catch the ST if and when it happens (i.e. it never happens), I'm experimenting with shorter, more frequent cardio sessions and including short ST sessions on a near-daily basis.

So far, so good - my strategy is paying off in that I have both more time and more energy for my much neglected ST.....and the cardio is short enough that I don't get completely bored. I'm also not holding myself to any one routine either for cardio or ST.....just going to mix it up day by day - less pressure and more fun!

Will see how it goes! The change corresponds with the current 'maintainer' challenge, so I already have a good 6-week time slot within which to watch for results.

    Sounds like a good plan, Mimi! I also get bored doing long sessions of cardio - 30 minutes is usually the maximum I can tolerate.
