that time...

I know it's a bit of a touchy subject for some but does anyone else have a massive problem staying on track just before "that time of the month"?
I'm not even a massive fan of cakes or anything sweet but have had two cupcakes in the past two days! I've still been slugging it out in the gym but it's like I physically can't stop myself (and to think I thought will power was one of my strong points) I mean it's not like I'm totally binging ,thank goodness my pre monthly craving isn't for crisps and dips or I'm fairly sure it might result in that!
Please tell me I'm not the only one?? and if anyone can advise me on how to tame my poor hormonal mind it would be very much appreciated! Emma xx

    You aren't the only one - though I'm past that point in life (thank goodness, there were months when I'd eat everything in sight!).

    I found vitamin B6 helped (helps with bloating, water retention, and the emotional stuff as well) - and chromium also helps. Both come in tablets, and I'd just take one or two with bkfst and dinner right around that time of month. Did that for years.
