Ok, so I had written this little blurb and was doing the math when my computer decided to unplug itself and I lost what I was doing. LOL. Oh well. That's life. Anyway, the gist of it was that I've been getting very consistent with doing some form of exercise every day (or at least 6 days a week) but I'm not doing great on sticking with healthy eating. I am doing really well for breakfast and lunch but then (even with planned suppers) I'm doing awful on dinner and night snacking. So, hopefully I'll get this figured out soon. Here's the list for yesterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 15 min exercise (any kind) - did 45 minutes = 3
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - drank 5 cups = 0.63
4. Brush Teeth - did not do = 0
5. Go to work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did not do = 0
4. Look for "The Spark" in the apartment - did not do = 0
5. Do dishes - did not do = 0

7.63/5 = 152.6% So, still a pretty good day overall. My fitness (as you can see) is what is saving me. So, I'm going to work really hard on my food today I think. Here's today's goals:
