I started up again with SparkPeople this past week and the number one thing I do is the food tracker. I noticed when I started my calories were over the target. Slowly the numbers have been going down and the past two days they were in the target range. It is so important to use the food tracker. I found that the food tracker, diary, or whatever you use to write down what you eat is so important and to write it down as soon as possible. I try doing it as soon as I've finished eating so I don't forget something. My next step is to plan all my meals. Breakfast is a no brainer I eat the same thing everyday. This week I'm planning all my lunches and then I'll work on dinner. We shall see how it goes.
