Back on track with the walking

I just came back from a 40 minute walk and it felt great. I worked up a sweat -- my jacket is hanging inside out to dry -- and my hair along my neck is damp. It felt good. I was listening to the Spanish Harlem Orchestra on my IPod and was walking a very brisk pace. I cooled off by dancing first a fast merengue and then a slower one. It was great. This is how every day should begin.

I already feel so very productive this morning. Well, I am off to finish washing clothes. After the hole in my attic fiasco, I am having to wash everything; and in some cases re-wash. The upside of this, is now that everything is out of the closet, I am sorting what fits and what doesn't; and what I haven't worn in ages. The sisters at Sojourner Truth house are going to be happy with my donation.
