    I used to get really nauseaous (sp?) when I would work out at the gym after work a few years back. Haven't run into that problem lately though - I hated it, I used to have to lay down after a workout when I would feel like that.

    When I bought my digital scale, it was at a discount/overstock type place and I paid $10 for it - works great! I'm sure you'll find something very affordable.

    Looks like we're two peas in a pod today - I just got finished a 40 minute walk outside (I'm in Canada so it's good to get those outdoor walks in before we start getting snow) and intend on doing more walks this week as I seem to be hitting a plateau (boooo)!

    Also, watch the series on YouTube "THE SKINNY ON OBESITY" with Robert Lustig M.D. He lecture "SUGAR: the bitter truth" is also on YouTube.

    I have learned so much from them.
