Revamp on my goals

I'm not THAT far behind, but I am behind. I need to stop having late night binges. I am never tired and it sucks. I just need to make more activities to do other than watching tv. I zone out and start munching on random snacks. I know it's not a good idea, but I do it anyway. WHY?!
Well, I just ordered a new exercise bike and today I was able to do Turbo Jam for the first time in 9 months. IT'S ON!!
It's getting colder and if I can't run, I'll now have a bike and Turbo Jam to fall back on. Stop with the late night binges!!

    Is your sleep schedule out of whack? I know that I have a tendency to boredom eat when I'm tired. It's worse when I'm having to work the night shift. Evaluate your sleeping patterns. Or set a goal to stop watching TV and get up and move instead. It sounds like you need your hands busy doing why not make them busy with exercise? You did say you just got an exercise bike. Hop on that instead! Or ride the bike while watching the TV....anything to keep your hands busy instead of grabbing whatever your food of choice is.
