Reviewing my goals

I am returning to Florida on Tuesday.
I wanted to lose 4 pound while I was here but it has only been 1.
by Christmas I want to lose 10 pounds.
I will take at least 7000 steps each day weekends included. I did this a lot but not often enough. the weekends are the hardest for me. I'm lucky to get 4000 on the weekends
I will walk 5 days a week
I will do cardio 3 days a week.
I will do strenght 3 days a week.
I will try to get all of my goals accomplished this time
