Yes, soldier on. I like that saying! I haven't done as well as I would like either. I was to take my teachingi license exam today so I was letting the stress get to me. This is what I want to learn not to do. Darn it. Anyway, I will be down 1 lb for the week when I way tomorrow but that means in the last 2 weeks I am only down 1 lb which is off target for me. Well, I passed the test this morning and now I am going to rest and when I get up I will start hitting it on target.

Don't be so hard on yourself...best thing is to just start again...tomorrow is a new day. Or, the afternoon is a new afternoon. Life is good, even when we fall down...we can always start again.

Unorganized, shmorganized, go for a brisk walk, keep in your calorie range today. You don't look happy, although you are still very pretty, with all this confessional naughtiness. You have now confessed and in order to be absolved make the rest of the day count. We are all watching you! We are not judging you, we are hoping you will get back to being the best you that you can be. Don't apologize just mobilize with healthy actions! Okay it's a done deal now. emoticon

We all go off the rails at times. It's more about being aware of what off the rails is than staying on track 100 per cent of the time.

Each day is a new one! Keep the past where it belongs, in the past... been there, done that, but it can be retrieved!! Do something you enjoy that is not food-related, then start again.

Do NOT beat yourself about it - you are only huiman and we only learn by our mistakes. Be your own best friend. You wouldn't be so hard on someone else. Hope things have improved for you today!!
