Why is it that I make such poor decisions after trying so hard to be good? Hopefully one day soon I will figure out what the cause is and stop myself... till then I will just remember that tomorrow is a new day and to keep pushing myself to workout and keep that streak alive!

Don't beat yourself up. It's all about the journey. I have learned that I am addicted to food, and if it's available to me, I will eat it... ALL! It's hard to say no when it's right in front of you, and the smell is teasing you. Just keep going, do your best. Keep up the great work on your exercise! It will all come together.

Maybe schedule a small McD treat like once a fortnight? That way you don't feel deprived and can have a little treat without too much damage.
If I have a craving for McD's,I just go ahead and have it, as long as it's not too often. Like yesterday, I actually walked 30 minutes to the nearest McD's and had a big and tasty. I didn't get fries or soda, but went next door to KFC to get a small orange juice. McD's has orange juice too, but no small ones. But b4 I got my burger, I asked myself when was the last time I had junk? I think I've been good for a month or more, so I told myself that I'll just have the one burger.
Take it one step at a time and don't keep beating yourself up if you mess up or allow yourself some leeway. Remember, moderation is the key. Everything in Moderation. And don't think your foods as bad or good, just healthy and "occasion" food. And just keep going! Don't throw your hands up or give up! You can do this! 3018 days ago

I truly understand where you're at...as you continue you're journey, the one thing you need to do is forgive ...yourself. It sounds like you're beating yourself up if you're not perfect. When you embark on this road, there are no commitments to be perfect. Losing weight doesn't mean you have to be perfect...none of here are perfect...but we are human.
Someone told me once that if we keep giving ouselves negative messages, we are essentially brainwashing ourselves on how "bad" we are. Think about what you did...could you have made a better, more healthy choice? (Chicken wrap?). Learn from this rather than beat yourself up....that's part of the journey!
By the way, for completing the day by working out! You are good! - you are on your way!! I support you !
