Week 6 BLC20 Vision Board

These were my goals in August:
1. Twelve weeks no white sugar except for my birthday and Thanksgiving.
2. Five days/week 30 minutes cardio.
3. Get 7 hours of sleep each night and get up by 7:30 a.m.
4. Start eating lunch; find healthy snacks
Evaluation: I'm doing fairly well at eating very little sugar and finding/making healthier snack choices. I'm doing better at exercise but need to increase the time to 60 minutes five days a week. I still stink at going to bed and getting up.
Steps toward improvement: I have started the process of getting some professional training help & advice involving metabolic testing. Just today I have cleared a big project off my to-do list and hopefully the procrastination quagmire it was causing will dissipate. I still need to just go to bed. You'd think being exhausted would compel me to want to sleep. I really don't know why I don't go to bed, but here it is, 3 a.m.
