Moving into the changing seasons

Yes - the weather grows cooler and the daylight diminishes and soon it will be necessary to do more of my exercise inside. What am I doing to work toward that and to prepare for 2013?

This weekend I will make a definite effort to re-arrange some furniture and create appropriate spaces inside the house to accommodate me working out more to DVDs in the living room.

I am going to commit to tracking more thoroughly - every day, and see if I can make that work over the next several weeks.

I am starting on an overall "PLAN" for myself to include daily commitments to accomplish certain specified things.

More to be revealed as I get it figured out.

    Did you arrange the furniture to your liking? I remember years ago, I had my DH and his Nephew move a cabinet 3 times before I found where I wanted it. Poor guys lol.

    You sound committed! I am now walking daily, and if going out doesn't work, I am using Leslie Sansone walking DVDs from the library. I had tried them several years ago, and ended up with sore shins so I quit. This time I do them while working my orthotics. Makes all the difference in the world.

    You sound like you are really planning well, and I look forward to hearing about the upcoming revelations. :-)
