I'm helping my BFF in her weight loss efforts and she sent me 2 days worth of meals. She is doing weight watchers. So far she has lost 6lbs in 4 weeks emoticon but is struggling with consistent weight loss. Up one week, down the next and the dance begins.

Wed
Salad
2 tbp dressing - 4 points
1/4 cup soy nuts - 2 points
3 oz. chicken - 3 points
apple - 0 points
Quest bar - 4 points
3 oz. sirloin - 4 points
green beans and asparagus with oil (10 pump sprayer) - 1 point
1 tbs parm cheese - 1 point
2 5/8 oz baked potato - 2 points
2 tbs lite sour cream - 1 point
pineapple - 0 points
8 table water crackers - 4 points
2 wedges laughing cow light garlic and herb cheese - 2 points
Total for the day - 28 points (used one point from extra weekly points allowance)

Thurs
Salad
pack of light ceas dressing - 4 points

100 cal pk almonds - 2 points
Quest bar - 4 points
Wawa shorti hoagie with turkey,lett, banana peppers - 8 points
2 tbs light mayo - 2 points
10 pump sprayer of oil - 1 point
1/2 tsp vinegar - 0 points
11 bite size pretzels - 3 points
Total for the day - 29 points (used two points from extra weekly points allowance)
Worked out today for 30 minutes on elliptical
