My morning walk - Dramamine required. :)

Friday, October 19, 2012

Sorry for the shaky cam but you know I am waddler.. lol Cam cut off when memory card was full.

Started the morning off with a twenty minute walk and it was very nice. Temp was a cool 45. Today I am getting up every 30 minutes and walking outside or down the hall. So far I have walked two times (other than my 20 minute walk) and it took me right at eight minutes but I continued to walk in my apartment to make it ten minutes each. I am also getting up more often to just move. I want to make today awesome so movement is the plan. Hopefully all this moving will put me in a positive mind set and do wonders for my heart. Eating has been good this week.

Hope everyone is doing well today. We are making it work! And that's emoticon

It is lovely where you live. The trees are amazing. Way to get out there and walk. I lost almost all my weight with walking and walking videos so I really believe in the walking. emoticon

You have me starting to move from the water to the ground. I am working on setting up a walking route.... after discussing safety with my father and where I can go alone to walk I have the perfect place... so today while it is a beautiful fall day, don't know the temperature, I am going to go track it out. You are so wonderful Carmel.!
I got up last night and did your workout for the forth time late last night. :) You are doing so great. Love the new moves.
