Fall Cleaning Hypomania and I'm now a Co-Lead of GLBTQ Spark Network

Friday, October 19, 2012

Okay, so here's the update as of right now for everyone who follows my Blog! I'm still coasting Hypomania and am still cleaning the entire house since yesterday...and I mean cleaning from top to bottom, on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor at points. My house was in desperate need of cleaning. I got most of my laundry done, still finishing it up. And yes, as hard as I've been working, I am counting this as workouts, lol. I dare anyone to disagree with me or state otherwise. emoticon

Onto smoking...I have only had I think 5 cigarettes and my last one was at 3 pm so I'm going a lil' stir crazy. I'm chewing on gum like it's my lifeline and probably look like some kind of cow eating grass lol emoticon

And no I'm not going out tonight to get some ( car is still not working...hehehe) but I don't think I would even if I could. Either way kudos to me!!!

Onto the next bit of news! I'm now a Co-Lead of GLBTQ Spark Network writing a piece a week about lesbian issues. I'm very excited about this and can't wait. I love writing almost as much as I love doing art and this is something I feel I can do. So keep your fingers crossed for me!

Next...vblog...Okay, so Web comes over last night to have dinner with me, I cooked, and he tells me that he has a webcam that I can have and it sounds like one that will work on what I want to do with it which is to make vblogs. So if he brings it this may see me front and center...probably still chewing gum LOL emoticon

I know this and my last post were kinda short...I'll be writing more once I get everything situated with the cleaning and the webcam. So I bid you farewell and best wishes to you for the rest of the week!

Jenna, So pleased that your home is getting the tender loving emoticon care it needed, hopefully you are giving yourself emoticon some of that same care!

This also my first time being a leader on Spark People, I did it after one the leaders got a job and has not been able to keep up any longer. emoticon

To also stop smoking tobacco has to be really hard, emoticon I am allergic so never got that habit, thank goodness. emoticon

Cleaning your home will really help in so many ways, we deserve to have niceness around us, I know I do so much better with eating healthy and exercising if my home is in order. I did the same as you,, just decided one day enough was enough and started cleaning. Wow what a differences it has made. emoticon

Keep Sparking emoticon and have a great up coming week! emoticon

My goodness Jenna! I do indeed know that house cleaning needs to be accounted for in your exercise totals. I scrubbed the bathroom floor and everything else in there. Almost a day later, I had muscle pain in my arms ribs legs..It only means I need to clean more often :) Good luck with your VBLOG and engjoy writing for GLBTQ Spark Network.
